Getting to know about Albert Vasquez
My entire employment history for the last 10 years have been in the Real Estate Industry. I started at the age of 18 as a Broker's Assistant, then moved up to several Real Estate Firms as a Real Estate Paralegal, then once again I moved up to create and own a Title Company. All of this experience lead me to the realization that becoming and working as a Real Estate Agent is where my passion would be of best value to others! Now, my focus is 100% full time Real Estate Agent.
I believe that an educated buyer or seller can make a more beneficial decision and that's why I always make sure I take the time to educate my buyer's and seller's. My combined 10 years of experience as a Paralegal, Licensed Title Agent, and Licensed Real Estate Agent really has helped me help other's understand the different aspects of buying and selling a home.
As a Real Estate Agent I've reached certain accomplishments and certifications that once again, have helped me help others. A perfect example is my CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) certification where helping 1 distressed homeowner at a time has allowed me help homeowners avoid foreclosure. I'm mostly known as the Short Sale Expert because of my passion to help homeowners avoid foreclosure. I'm an active participant in monthly master mind meetings that are held at a National Level to discuss new trends, results, and methods to help homeowners avoid foreclosure. I try my hardest to stay up to date with all type of statistics and education regarding Regular Sales, Short Sales, and Foreclosures. Experience has thought me how to best handle and negotiate these transactions and because of this knowledge I have been able to reach the Top Producing Agent status for my office as of September 2010. In addition, I also have the following designations:
Elegant Home Agent - This means that I can specialize in properties that are over $500k by promoting them in high end vendors such as DuPont Registry, Wall Street Journal, New York Times and many more. Also, the training that is needed and required to understand the luxury home market.
Premier Service Agent - This designation has taught me how to go above and beyond my commitment of service to my buyer's and seller's. It has taught me how to be your trusted advisor, skilled negotiator, and expert facilitator.
Corporate Mobility Specialist - The ability to assist employees that are being relocated to purchase a home in South Florida or for employees that are being relocated to sell their home in South Florida. In short words, a Relocation Specialist.
In conclusion, my goal is simple and can be summed up in a few words "I'm here to help you reach your Real Estate Goals". I love what I do and I'm passionate about my work. I believe that honesty and transparency should always be present for every deal and for every lesson. I believe that as a Real Estate Agent you need to be well connected with more than one excellent Lender and Inspector. I believe that using modern technology can help you achieve faster and better results and that's why I'm a big advocate and consumer for real estate technology products.
